It is an instructive catalog of the best-known diets on the market. In this enlightening book, you will find a chapter for each diet. For each diet, author Michelle Hall includes: 1) the main purpose of the diet, 2) a summary of food/drinks to choose and those to avoid, and 3) challenges and considerations you’ll want to know about before choosing to follow the diet. Some chapters include a history of the diet’s development, progressive stages of the diet, and meal planning/tips for successful implementation of the diet.

"Diet’s Demystified" is a treasure for anyone who knows they need to make some changes in their eating habits, but doesn’t know which diet would work best for them. This book is the perfect platform to help you make an informed decision. I believe another of its major values is that the reader will quickly notice that certain foods are recommended in almost every diet and certain foods are discouraged in almost every diet. Logic tells you those are important guidelines to observe.
